Releasing Chweet Module for Chyrp

I've spent couple of hours yesterday to bring to life a simple module, which publishes to Twitter a post once the Publish button has been hit.

Chweet requires the latest stage of Chyrp from the development branch in order to display all the options needed for it to function correctly. See the "project page(about Chweet)":http://xhezairi.com/projects/chweet-module for more information.
